This is an incredible concept that was put together by the Miami Ad School, for Unicef, called “Donate a Word.” I love words. That’s what makes an idea like this so fascinating for me! The basic concept behind this campaign is that, for every word you misspell, a donation prompt is triggered. The money donated, in this case, then goes to Unicef for education.
I was struck by the impact of this campaign even more after seeing a comic on oatmeal.com illustrating how often we misspell words – what a goldmine! Just goes to show how far a little creativity can go – check out the video:
